The Gilded Arts is an umbrella term for quality theatrical productions and visual art projects to serve the community.
The Gilded Arts of Vancouver, BC, was founded by Jessica Bruhn who is an accomplished actress, artist and writer.
Ms. Bruhn wanted to provide a forum for artistic development that could be translated into a franchise to support emerging talent.
The Gilded Arts encompasses interactive, audience-participatory murder mystery theatre. This dinner theatre group, officially entitled the Gilded Players Group (GPG) offers its entertainment to private functions, corporate events and to restaurants in search of something different and extremely enjoyable for its patrons and staff.
The GPG offers a variety of themed murder mystery programs -- everything from traditional American Dick Tracy-inspired who dunnits to English 'Clue'-style fantasy.
Medieval, Roman and historically accurate renditions and educational, fictional adaptations are also available for performance.
The GPG offers its interactive nature particularly to children and young adults, to engage and inspire them to pursue their studies in academia as well as the arts.
Public and private schools in the Vancouver Area and Lower Mainland are encouraged to contact the GPG for presentations and performances during the school year.
With a variety of genres, interactive games and activities, the GPG is sure to appeal to everyone's tastes, at least some of the time!
The Gilded Arts is a place to showcase upcoming visual artists perfecting their craft! Everything from dog-portraits to formal landscapes and experimental photography is available for purchase.
With very reasonable commission rates, a one of a kind gift can be created to immortalize a loved one or memory by students attending the prestigious Emily Carr Institute of Art + Design.
Please periodically check back to this section to view new additions to the Gilded Arts already impressive portfolio.
